Measuring Our Success  

 

Our success will be evaluated using key performance indicators, including:  

  • Conducting regular patron satisfaction surveys to gauge engagement and satisfaction levels.  

  • Undertaking stakeholder benchmark surveys to assess our reputation and impact within the sector.  

  • Monitoring patron retention and recruitment rates to ensure growth and loyalty.  

  • Analysing media and social media metrics, including reach, engagement, and influence. 

  • Meeting or exceeding our financial and operational targets to ensure sustainability and effectiveness.

 

 

 

 

IEI Purpose

To promote democratic integrity through impartial electoral oversight, professional training, and advocacy for ethical electoral practices.

We do this by:

 

  • Enhancing observer professionalism through development of norms and standards

  • Fostering electoral integrity by promoting ethical practices and impartiality among election observers

  • Coordinating and strengthening collaborative multi-stakeholder frameworks

  • Leveraging technology to streamline observer deployment and feedback mechanisms

 

 

Our goals

  • To position ourselves as a credible and professional authority in the electoral sector, recognised for our integrity, expertise, and commitment to excellence

  • To enhance our influence and strengthen our visibility among election observers, election management bodies and civil society organisations, fostering strategic partnerships and collaborative engagement

  • To expand our election observer network and grow our base of supporters, fostering greater engagement and participation

  • To ensure financial stability and diversify our revenue streams by offering advisory services, corporate training, and other value-driven initiatives

  • To prioritise investments in delivering enhanced services and fostering continuous innovation

FINANCE

  • Our objective is to generate revenue from diverse sources and achieve annual surpluses, enabling us to build sustainable reserves and invest in the continuous improvement of our services.  

  • We will focus on expanding our patron base through strategic and targeted recruitment campaigns, with annual recruitment goals set in collaboration with the board of directors.  

HUMAN CAPITAL

  • Our people are our most valuable asset, accounting for a significant portion of our operational costs.  

  • We are committed to recruiting the best talent available, offering competitive rewards, comprehensive training, development opportunities, and career progression wherever possible.  

  • To meet our target revenue from donor funding, advisory services, and corporate training, we aim to expand our resources flexibly by building a network of skilled associates who will be engaged on a contract basis.  

TECHNOLOGY

  • Technology will serve as the cornerstone of our product delivery, with our expertise shared through our website, mobile apps, and social media platforms. Events and training will primarily be conducted via webinars and online learning systems.  

  • Strategic investment in technology will be essential for efficiently managing our services and engaging with our supporter base.  

  • Key priorities include:  

    •  Fully implementing a comprehensive website and Customer Relationship Management system, providing access to exclusive patron-only content.  

    • Procuring reliable IT support service providers to ensure seamless operations

    • Rolling out the implementation of Office 365 to enhance collaboration and productivity.
